Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges:
The exchange process can only be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. To start the exchange process, please follow these steps:
1. Different Style?
If you wish to exchange for a different style and the price varies, please contact us. We will assist you in the process.
- If you're exchanging for a more expensive item, we will create a new order for you that reflects the price difference.
- If you're exchanging for a less expensive item, we will provide you with shop credit for the difference.
3. Return Postage Costs:
Customers are responsible for the postage costs when returning the original item. For your convenience, we provide discounted Return Labels for purchase, available at the following rates for USA customers only:
- $5.00 for 1-2 items
- $6.50 for 3 or more items
4. Replacement Shipping:
Once we receive the original item, we will send the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers must return their original item for an exchange within 7 days of approval. Items not mailed within this timeframe will be canceled.
Returns:
Items can only be returned for store credit. The return process can only be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. To start the return process, please follow these steps:
1. Reach out to us.
2. Return the item to us.
3. Return Postage Costs:
Customers are responsible for the postage costs when returning the original item. For your convenience, we provide discounted Return Labels for purchase, available at the following rates for USA customers only:
- $5.00 for 1-2 items
- $6.50 for 3 or more items
4. Once we receive the original item, we will issue your store credit in the form of a gift card, which has no expiration date.
Returns are usually inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Once refunds have been processed, it may take up to 30 days for them to appear in your account.
Defective or Wrong Item:
In the rare occasion that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a return label.
Cancelations:
Not accepted.
International Shipments:
Please note that all international shipments are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund due to the additional freight and duty costs involved. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
