Returns
- Enjoy a hassle-free 14-day return policy for shop credit after receiving your item! A small 10% restocking fee applies, and we’re pleased to offer free return labels for your convenience. As a small family-owned business, we truly appreciate your support and understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With tags intact
- In its original packaging
To start a return, simply log into your account with us, find your order, and initiate a return for store credit. Returns will need to be sent back to us in New York, NY (USA). Once we accept the return, we will send you a free return label for the original item. After the item arrives, we will inspect it before issuing a refund in the form of shop credit.
Please note:
- We do not carry discount promotions from one order to the next.
- Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
- Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window are ineligible and will be considered final sales.
- Visit your customer account to start the return process. You can return your items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. For further details, please check our return policy.
- As a small, family-owned business, our priority is to deliver the best customer experience. We found that managing exchanges became too complicated, so we now offer returns instead. If you need a different item, you can return your purchase for store credit and then buy what you need.
Sizing
- To help minimize unnecessary exchanges and restocking fees, we strongly encourage customers to take a moment to find the best size before placing their order.
Please base your decision on height rather than the child's age.
If your child is at the upper end of the height range, we suggest choosing next size up.

- Measure your child from the top of their head to the floor while standing.
For babies, measure while they are lying down.
Promotion Codes
- Once an order is placed, promo codes or discounts cannot be applied.
- The 15% welcome promo code is a one-time use offer and cannot be applied to other orders, so we encourage you to check the size chart before placing your order.
Shipping
- We take pride in our fast shipping, and in some cases, we ship on the same day if orders are received before 12pm EDT. Typically, we send out orders within 1-2 days.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.

- Yes we do! Some orders to Europe can arrive in around 8 business days. However, packages can get delayed pending customs clearance for a number of reasons, and we unfortunately have no control over any such delays. Therefore, please plan conservatively and expect arrival times of 8-15 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lillies Dream is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.
STORE CREDIT
- Log in to your customer account on our website.
- You will see your current store credit balance reflected.
- Log in first: You must be logged into your customer account to see and use store credit.
- During checkout: The store credit option will appear as a payment method during the checkout process.
- Apply it: You can then apply your available credit to your order.
- At Lillies Dream, store credit never expires.
- The remaining balance of your order can be paid using another payment method, such as a credit card.
New Collections
- Thank you so much for your interest in our clothing collections! Although we truly appreciate your support and enthusiasm, unfortunately, we’re unable to send previews of upcoming collections.
However, our VIP members sometimes receive invitations to preview and pre-order new arrivals. To stay updated, make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletters!
