You have a very small window to change your shipping address as we ship out orders very fast. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes we do! Some orders to Europe can arrive in around 8 business days. However, packages can get delayed pending customs clearance for a number of reasons, and we unfortunately have no control over any such delays. Therefore, please plan conservatively and expect arrival times of 8-15 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lillies Dream is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.
We typically ship within 2 days or sooner after receiving an order. A tracking number will be provided as soon as order has shipped.
