The process begins in our small studio in NYC where each piece is carefully designed. After the design is meticulously perfected, we order samples from our responsible facility in China. When the samples are received, more attention is given to perfecting the fit and the sewing methods employed in the construction of the garments prior to moving forward with an order for a capsule collection.
When it comes to fabric choices, our primary focus is on sustainability and biodegradability. That's why we solely rely on100% natural fabrics like linen and cotton. By partnering exclusively with trusted suppliers, we are able to obtain the purest cotton and linen materials. These premium fabrics guarantee gentle care for children's delicate skin without causing any harm to the environment.
Yes. To maintain aplastic-free environment, we deliberately avoid using plastic for closures such as buttons and zippers. Instead, we have chosen biodegradable and lead-free snaps and buckles. This ensures that your dressing experience is not only effortless but also environmentally conscious.
With our clothing, we take great care in designing various adjustment options to guarantee a perfect fit and accommodate your child's growth. Our aim is to provide a true-to-size look that offers versatility for their changing needs.
Waistbands are either elastic or wide enough to accommodate growth. Additionally, the pant leg cuffs can easily be unrolled, and our straps can be extended for added length as your child grows.

Yes. By pre-washing all our pieces, we guarantee that they will stay true to their shape after laundering and minimize shrinkage.

When it comes to shipping your order, we're committed to using only biodegradable and recycled materials for packaging.Additionally, we promote eco-friendly practices with our suppliers by actively encouraging them to use environmentally-conscious shipping methods, such as shipping garments in bulk rather than individually wrapping them in a plastic bag.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your tracking number.
If you created a customer account during checkout, you will easily be able to track your order there.
Please note: A tracking number will not always be available when shipping international.
Yes. We like to combine orders whenever possible but sometimes due to our emphasis on quick shipping we are not able to do so.
We're thrilled that you've chosen our shop to send a gift to someone special. We've made it simple for you to include a personal note with your package. Just enter your message during checkout and we'll take care of the rest. We will gladly handwrite your heartfelt words onto a recycled Kraft card and add it to your order. Because we care about the planet, we don't include a paper invoice in our packages. So it's super easy to send gifts from our store!

RETURNS
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery for a different size of the same style or a store credit can be issued as an alternative choice.
To start an exchange process, please contact us first to let us know you'd like to exchange your garment for a different size. Once you have decided on the size you want, please include a note inside the package specifying your preferred size and send the piece back to us. Upon receiving your package, we will promptly send you the exchange.
Shipping costs for the return of the garment will be covered by the buyer. We will only cover the shipping costs from our studio to your address.
* All international orders are final. We are unable to accept exchanges for international orders due to the additional freight and duty costs.
Please note: To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be in impeccable condition, unworn, and have all tags intact.
In order to ensure a perfect balance between quality and affordability, we are unable to cover costs for returns at this time. Our primary objective is to provide you with the best value for your investment while prioritizing fair pricing.
Due to our efficient order processing and shipping procedures, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.
