However, during high-demand periods such as the release of a new collection or holiday rush, there may be a slight delay of an additional day or two. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays.We are not responsible for delays, false deliveries, loss or theft of your package once shipped and is in the hands of the postal service.

International orders
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lillies Dream is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.
Refusal to pay customs or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted.

Shipping costs
We offer free Economic shipping with USPS for all orders above $100. On average, orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days after they have been processed and shipped.
Please note: this method of shipping includes a tracking number but does not come with insurance. To add insurance to your package please upgrade your shipping method to Priority or Express at check out.
If you need your order to arrive sooner, choose Standard or Express at checkout for an additional charge.
We ship from NY so depending on your location shipping times will vary.
- Standard will typically take 2 to 4 days.
- Express will take 1 to 2 days.
