Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, garments must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the order number or proof of purchase

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. As a small family run business producing our collections in limited quantities, we are unable to offer refunds to the original payment method

Store credit never expires and can be accessed through your customer account

Return fee

A 10% return fee is deducted from the value of returned items. This helps cover the complimentary return shipping label and the time required to receive, inspect, process and return each garment to our inventory

Starting a return

Log into your customer account, locate your order and submit a return request. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a complimentary return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns must be sent back to us in New York, USA. Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for store credit, which can then be used toward your replacement item

Our collections are produced in small batches and many pieces sell out quickly, so another size or style may no longer be available by the time a return is received

Damages or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right
